Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian (RDN) to join our team in a long-term care setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring residents receive optimal nutritional care to promote their health and well-being.

Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive nutritional assessments, developing and implementing individualized nutrition care plans, collaborating with physicians and nurses to optimize resident care, educating residents and staff on healthy eating habits and dietary needs, and monitoring and documenting resident progress. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geriatric nutrition, experience working in a long-term care setting, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
