Job Title: Maintenance Porter

Anza Management is a growing organization seeking a skilled Maintenance Porter to join our team. As a key member of our residential services team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and quality of our apartment community.

Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year

About the Job:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and hardworking individual who can effectively perform basic custodial/janitorial maintenance duties. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a high level of customer service while ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, and light scrubbing
- Gather and empty trash
- Service, clean, and supply restrooms
- Cleaning using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees
- Dust furniture and walls
- Monitor building security and safety
- Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems
- Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties
