Responsibilities:
  • Assist in day-to-day operations centered around sales/account management
  • Proactively follow up on customer feedback, issues, and resolutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers or potential customers
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of customer service representative experience
  • Previous experience within the facility maintenance or construction industries is a plus
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
