Healthcare Specialist

Eliot Community Human Services is seeking a Licensed RN to work in the community with adults who require mental health support. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of psychiatric medications and medical treatment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing interventions to individuals
- Act as primary case manager to 3-6 consumers
- Formulate Comprehensive Assessments and Individualized Action Plans for clients
Requirements:
- Associates or better in Nursing
- 1 year experience with population served
- LPN/RN license and MA driver's license required
