Overnight Stocking Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled Overnight Stocking Coach to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our stocking operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that our stores are fully stocked and ready for customers. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of stocking associates to ensure that all stores are fully stocked and ready for customers.
- Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all merchandise is properly received, stored, and displayed.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement action plans to address any inventory discrepancies or issues.
- 2 years of college or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
