Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize solutions through analysis of varied alternatives
  • Lead others, delegate work, and work on/lead multiple projects at one time
  • Track costs on each project to prevent the project from exceeding its budget
  • Meet design milestones agreed to early in the project
  • Document each phase of the project for internal use and transmittal to the customer
Project Execution
  1. Scope - Develop and maintain scope documents, including the Scope of Work, Discipline Narrative/Project Execution Plan, and Specification
  2. Schedule - Aid in the development and maintenance of the project schedule
  3. Budget - Track and maintain all discipline budgets
  4. Quality - Ensure the quality of all discipline deliverables
  5. Execution Plan - Aid in the development and execution of the Project Execution Plan
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Process Engineering (or equivalent working knowledge/experience)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
