Addiction Recovery Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Addiction Recovery Therapist to join our team at Innovo, a leading provider of evidence-based medical, psychiatric and clinical care in Pennsylvania.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will serve as a supportive and guiding figure for patients, focusing on specific programmatic areas such as personal management, socialization skills, and safety and health. Key responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, advocating for patients' rights, and encouraging aftercare and clinical recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and organizational abilities, and critical thinking and problem-solving skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with six months or more experience in a chemical dependency or substance abuse setting preferred.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
