Our approach emphasizes Diversified and Flexion Distraction techniques, complemented by the Activator method. As a key member of our team, you will have access to cutting-edge equipment and ongoing education opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in chiropractic care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough exams and re-exams, including medical history, focused physical examinations, and reviews of pertinent imaging/documents/reports.
  • Take and review diagnostic imaging/X-rays to inform treatment decisions.
  • Evaluate findings, determine diagnoses, and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Patient education and communication: explain diagnoses, treatment plan options, pre- and post-treatment care, lifestyle modifications, and benefits of continued chiropractic care.
  • Manage patient care plans, documenting progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Treatment delivery: chiropractic care through adjustments, Diversified, flexion/distraction, drop table, activator, rehab, and various therapies and modalities.
  • Detailed documentation and charting.
  • Collaborative work with the team and support staff for comprehensive patient care.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Accredited Doctor of Chiropractic degree (DC).
  • Active Chiropractic license in New Jersey.

Schedule and Compensation:
  • Full-time: Monday to Friday.
  • Part-time: flexible scheduling available, with potential for additional shifts.

Salary:$90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonuses and benefits package. A strong and transparent bonus system allows for earning an additional $5,000 in the first year alone. No weekend or holiday requirements, full training, and mentorship support professional growth and success.
