Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to join our team at 804 Technology.

Job Summary:

  • Accurately enter customer orders into our ERP system, ensuring all details are correct.
  • Work closely with the sales team to address order inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with production and shipping departments to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Assist customers with order status updates and respond to inquiries promptly.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of incoming payments, credits, and account balances.
  • Communicate proactively with customers to ensure timely payment collections and resolve outstanding invoices.
  • Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and work closely with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Monitor and manage aging reports, identifying areas for follow-up to maintain a healthy cash flow.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in accounts receivable or accounting is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for customer interactions and team collaboration.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems or accounting software is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently. The salary for this role is estimated to be around $27-37 per hour, depending on experience.
