  • Promote financial accountability among project and task managers within the practice.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a field of practice with technical excellence in one or more areas of the architecture practice.
  • Post-graduate degree preferred.
  • Registered architect (RA) is required.
  • PMP is a plus.
  • Experience in a senior staff management position with a focus on operational excellence is preferred.
  • Excellent technical and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage large scope operations and provide leadership to multiple levels of management.
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach.
  • Very strong financial management, team management, and leadership skills.
  • Must be willing to accept travel within the U.S.
