Sign Installation Mechanic

Pro Signs, a leading national signage manufacturer, is seeking skilled Sign Installers to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the removal, installation, and repair of various commercial signage types, including building signs, vinyl graphics, and sign structures for businesses and organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install a diverse range of building signs, vinyl graphics, and sign structures for clients across various industries.
• Safely install signage on poles, buildings, billboards, and other structures, ensuring precise placement and connection according to specifications.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment in accordance with safety protocols, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to industry standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all work meets quality and safety standards, delivering exceptional results for our clients.
• Load and transport signs, tools, and materials to client locations, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
• Provide service and repair for existing signage, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently.
• Remove old signage responsibly, ensuring proper disposal and minimizing environmental impact.
• Clear debris and other materials after project completion, leaving the work site clean and organized.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of experience as a sign installer or in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in installation techniques and safety procedures.
• Electrical, welding, or other mechanical experience is highly beneficial, showcasing your versatility and ability to handle diverse tasks.
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision are essential for ensuring accurate measurements, placement, and connection of signage.
• Ability to work comfortably outdoors year-round, adapting to various weather conditions and maintaining a positive attitude in challenging environments.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to read and interpret installation drawings accurately, ensuring clear understanding of project specifications.
• A hardworking and reliable individual with a commitment to delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
• Valid driver's license, demonstrating your ability to operate vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Prior experience with tree work or related bucket truck operations is a plus, as you will be working at heights and requiring comfort in elevated positions.
