Job Title: Donation Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Donation Attendant to join our team at the Hampstead Store in Hampstead, Maryland. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless donation experience for our valued donors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accept and process donations in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Label and organize donations in the production room or sales floor.
  • Offer receipts to donors and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Identify and handle hazardous materials, providing safe disposal options to donors.
  • Assist with sales ticketing and signage for large items.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including loading and unloading donations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to PPM standards.
  • Operate pallet jack and walkie stacker safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct daily safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
  • Proficient in English language, reading and speaking.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
