Responsibilities


As a Technical Producer, you will be responsible for guiding projects from concept to delivery. Your duties will include facilitating communication and accountability across disciplines, identifying and removing roadblocks, prioritizing and assigning tasks to the right people, creating and updating schedules, and ensuring that major tasks are prioritized, scoped, and scheduled with stakeholders.


You will also collaborate with leads to determine best practices, development pipelines, and resource allocation. Additionally, you will communicate with internal or external stakeholders and partners on expectations and deliverables and keep the team focused on goals, milestones, and quality.



Qualifications


To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of game production experience, with at least 3 years in graphics production. You should have a strong technical background, with software engineering or technical management experience, as well as expertise in graphics pipelines and rendering techniques.


You should also have experience in a multiple-studio collaboration environment, possess proficient project and people management skills, and have strong team-building abilities. A solid understanding of the game development process for AAA games and experience tracking complex projects are also essential.



Salary


The typical base pay range for this position is expected to be between $60,000 and $140,000 per year. ZeniMax Media offers competitive salaries that vary depending on the work location within the United States. The base pay range mentioned above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role.
