Job Description:
As a Machinist Specialist at ALPLA, you will be responsible for ensuring all assigned machines operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. Your key responsibilities include monitoring process parameters, troubleshooting mechanical or process issues, and maintaining high-quality products. Additionally, you will ensure all raw materials are available and defect-free before use and monitor material waste. You must follow housekeeping rules and maintain a clean work area according to the cleaning plan.

Physical Demands:
The physical demands of this role require regular standing, walking, reaching, and occasional climbing or balancing. You will frequently use your hands to handle objects, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk or hear. Occasionally, you may need to sit. You must regularly lift up to 10 pounds, frequently lift up to 30 pounds, and occasionally lift more than 50 pounds. Close vision is also required for this position.

Estimated Salary Range:
Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the annual salary for this position to be between $60,000 and $80,000, depending on experience.
