About the Role

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our pharmacy operations, while providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to patient and customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices and technologies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; pharmacy technician certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately count and measure medications.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
