About the Role

The Customer Care Center Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through efficient first-call resolution approaches in our multi-channel call center.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with various customers, understanding their financial needs and goals, and developing quality leads to business partners via telephone and email correspondence.

You'll work closely with our team to identify opportunities to build and deepen customer relationships, utilizing multiple delivery channels to service all banking inquiry types.
