Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Social Worker-LICSW to join our team in Behavioral Health Services. As a key member of our team, you will provide behavioral health services to Southcoast Health PCP patients across the system.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct behavioral health assessments and provide behavioral health treatment, including individual and family psychotherapy, utilizing brief treatment modalities.
  • Serve as a consultant and resource to practice staff in the management and treatment of behavioral health disorders.
Qualifications
  • Masters Degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university.
  • Current Massachusetts Licensed Independent Clinical Social Work (LICSW) is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Experience with electronic medical record documentation preferred.
