Job Duties and Responsibilities- Execute build as represented in manufacturing plan and on prints for most medium and difficult complexity jobs with no supervision.
- Operate most manual machines, including lathes, presses, grinders, and Bridgeport's.
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet production goals.
- Understand and work to all QMS procedures and work instructions.
- Lead a team of 3-5 people, providing direction and guidance.
- Ability to read complex blueprints, including:
- Ability to identify and find specifications.
- Limited knowledge in geometric tolerances (understand and recognize some symbols).
- Limited understanding of general tolerances.
- Comprehend simple sections and views.
- Understand reference system.
- High school Diploma or recognized equivalent.
- 3-10 years of experience in a related field.
- U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required.
