We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team at Walmart. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our logistics and distribution centers, ensuring that our products are delivered to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business plans to achieve facility goals and improve operational efficiency
- Forecast staffing and workload needs to meet business demands
- Prepare and analyze business reports to identify areas for improvement
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards
- Supervise and manage associates and leaders, providing direction, feedback, and training opportunities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- At least 1 year of experience in an operations or logistics environment, with supervisory experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders
