Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team. As a key player under the guidance of the Production Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the production of company products meets the highest quality standards while maintaining the lowest possible cost.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Planning and Scheduling: Prioritize, schedule, and delegate work assignments to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Quality Assurance: Directly supervise systems integration and test functions to ensure high-quality products at the lowest possible cost.
  • Inventory Management: Review parts and sub-assembly availability against the build schedule and adjust schedules as necessary.
  • Employee Training and Development: Ensure new and current employees are trained in processes and methods required to achieve company quality, quantity, and safety standards.
  • Process Improvement: Continually evaluate processes and methods, recommending measures to improve production methods, equipment, performance, and product quality.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and one to two years of related experience, or two years of college and three to five years of progressively responsible related experience.
  • Skills and Abilities: Proficiency in reading and interpreting documents, effective communication, problem-solving, and training employees.
