About the Role

Globe Life Inc. is seeking a skilled Video Editor/Videographer to join our team. As a key member of our social media department, you will be responsible for creating engaging video content that showcases our brand's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and produce high-quality video content for social media platforms, including customer stories, internal company announcements, and external promotional videos.
  • Collaborate with internal clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Script, storyboard, shoot, and edit video projects to completion, ensuring they meet branding guidelines and quality standards.
  • Manage video library and ensure all content is properly archived and organized.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video production and editing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Broadcast, Telecommunications, or video production from a four-year college or university.
  • At least 3 years of professional video production experience, with expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, and Mac and PC operating systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a team environment and make quick, quality decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
