What you will be doing
Deliver innovative solutions to surpass customer expectations. Allocate loads based on client requirements, driver availability, and maximize profitability for the designated region.
Analyze market conditions, monitor capacity fluctuations, and assess freight demands with Customer Accounts on a daily basis.
Evaluate the balance, capacity, and demand of loads and trucks, assigning loads accordingly.
Continuously enhance your understanding of the assigned market and clientele, sharing insights with sales and/or customer account teams.
Regularly review reports, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with sales and/or customer accounts to devise optimal solutions.
Qualifications:
What you need to possess
Minimum of 2 years in Operations, Planning, or Customer Accounts is required.
An Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is necessary.
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure and dynamic environment.
Exceptional problem-solving skills are essential.
Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
