We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Big O Conifer.

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while listening and consulting with customers. You will also communicate and connect with technicians to complete vehicle needs, supervise bays, build computerized repair orders, and source parts.

You will deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers, promote shop service specials, and provide customer consulting/sales for vehicle needs. Additionally, you will lead, assist, and empower a team while keeping in tune with our company's vision, purpose, core values, and culture.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location of Big O Conifer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver energetic exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers.
  • Communicating and connecting with Technicians to complete vehicle needs.
  • Supervising bays and building computerized repair orders and sourcing parts.
  • Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers as well as promoting shop service specials.
  • Customer consulting/sales for vehicle needs.
  • Lead, assist, and empower a team while keeping in tune with our companies' vision, purpose, core values, and Wenco culture.
  • Meeting weekly and monthly matrix goals
  • Vendor communication and continuing strong relationship connections.
  • Overall cleanliness and organization of the facility grounds.
  • Other duties as assigned.
