Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Milk Harvest Specialist to join our team at Leading Dairy Solutions. As a key member of our field staff, you will work closely with our LDS dairy customers to ensure the highest quality milk production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine analysis of milking equipment, including wash/CIP setup and analysis/performance/testing, and milking systems setup and performance testing.
  • Conduct routine scheduled maintenance on milking equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Deliver the right products to meet our customers' needs, including pipeline wash sanitation products and udder hygiene products such as teat dips and liners.

As a Milk Harvest Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make recommendations on equipment and product choices to assist our customers in harvesting the highest quality product.

Requirements
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and write in English.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry items up to 50 lbs in weight.

You will also be required to stand, stoop, kneel, and bend for prolonged periods of time, and work in demanding physical and inclement weather conditions. A CDL with hazmat endorsement is a plus, or you will need to be able to obtain one.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish.
  • Basic mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  • Able to take direction and work within a team environment.
  • Comfort working remotely with limited supervisory interaction.
