Tender Touch Rehab Services, LLC is seeking a skilled Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist to join our dedicated rehabilitation team. We offer a competitive salary of $95,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

About the Job

We are looking for a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality speech therapy services to patients in various healthcare settings. As a member of our team, you will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver effective treatments to patients with communication disorders.

Our ideal candidate will hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Communication Disorders from an accredited university recognized by ASHA and the state board. Current licensure/registration as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice is required.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive speech therapy evaluations based on physician orders
  • Accurately document findings using standardized evaluation formats in compliance with all guidelines
  • Develop detailed treatment plans including specific goals, modalities, and interventions
  • Ensure proper MD orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges
  • Provide effective treatment to patients, adjusting approaches according to individual needs
