About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team at Comoto Holdings. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, maintaining a strong sense of product knowledge, and assisting with store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide every customer with a great experience
  • Maintain a strong sense of product knowledge and provide customers and team members with in-depth information on product features and benefits
  • Assist with and be knowledgeable in all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, administering returns/store credit, special orders, and dividing tasks amongst Sales Associates
