Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate scheduling of vacant units, including in-house and contracted activities.
  • Inspect and approve workmanship quality of in-house and contracted personnel.
  • Schedule and prioritize all service requests to optimize resident satisfaction, staff skills, and preservation of the asset.
  • Maintain swimming pools, amenity areas, spas, and fountains.
  • Perform daily cleaning and repair of common areas.
  • Responsible for adherence to budget guidelines and maintaining inventories.
  • Monitor security and ensure doors are locked.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor with residents.
  • Communicate regularly with the Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager.
  • Purchase supplies and services as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school education or GED.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in multi-family.
  • HVAC Certification.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, appliance repair, pools, and spas.
  • Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
