Job Summary

The Sanitation Technician II is responsible for ensuring the proper sanitation and assembly of production equipment at Ajinomoto Windsor, Inc. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Disassemble and reassemble production equipment in a safe and timely manner.
• Ensure all equipment is properly assembled, operating correctly, and available for production at scheduled startup times.
• Investigate and report any equipment issues, wear and tear, or malfunctions to the Sanitation Team Leader or Sanitation Manager.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Sanitation Practices (GSP).
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Production teams to ensure efficient setup and operation of production lines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sanitation procedures in a food manufacturing plant is essential.
• Strong English communication skills, including reading, writing, and verbal communication.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and with minimal supervision.
• Physical demands include frequent lifting and moving of up to 50 pounds, bending, and standing for extended periods.
