Establish a thriving Family Medicine practice in the picturesque suburbs of Boston, Massachusetts. Our esteemed healthcare organization, Healthcare Connections, is seeking an exceptional Family Medicine Physician to join our forward-thinking team.
As a valued member of our multi-specialty practice, you will enjoy a dynamic work environment with flexible scheduling and a supportive team atmosphere. Our well-established practice has experienced significant growth, resulting in a waiting list, and we are eager to welcome a skilled physician to share in our success.
The ideal candidate is a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. We encourage practicing physicians, new graduates, and visa candidates to apply and contribute to our vibrant community.
We offer an attractive compensation package, including a base salary range of $220,000 to $260,000, depending on experience, as well as an encounter-based bonus. Your benefits will include 100% outpatient care, a light call schedule of 1:8, with phone-only calls averaging 1-2 per night, and a generous 18-20 patients per day average. You will also enjoy full benefits, including retirement plans, loan repayment assistance, and a substantial 34 paid time-off days.
