We are a family-owned, PT and OT-owned, private practice that has grown our reputation in the local community by prioritizing exceptional quality care with each and every patient we see.

With 20 years of experience and 10 locations throughout Long Island/Queens/NYC, we have a team of 250+ employees dedicated to improving the lives of patients in the local community.

The Role

As an Occupational Therapist on our homecare team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients, often in the areas they need it most.

Each treatment is 1:1, allowing you to see real growth in a short period of time. Our therapists treat patients in a geographic area close to their home, build their own caseload, and get to make their own schedules.

Qualifications
  • Valid New York State Occupational Therapy License
  • Strong communication skills
  • Passion for treating patients of a variety of different diagnosis
  • Good Human Being
Additional Information

A large majority of our patients are in the geriatric population, mostly Medicare Part B (although we are in-network with a variety of other large commercial plans).

We provide all equipment needed for therapy in the home, as well as a laptop. Occupational Therapists choose which cases they will take on regularly.

Expectations
  • Therapists should be able to travel to and from the homes of their patients throughout their given territory
  • Strong communication skills between patients, support staff, and management including text/email/google products suite
  • Provide a high level of care to each individual patient, helping them reach their greatest potential, time and time again
  • Timely submission of documentation
