Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Product Manager - Rust to lead the development of our crypto-related products. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Rust programming and a deep understanding of cryptocurrency protocols. As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining product requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy software solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that our products meet the changing needs of the business. You will also play a key role in shaping the future of our products and ensuring that our engineering practices align with industry standards.
Responsibilities
  • Define product requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy software solutions
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that our products meet the changing needs of the business
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to design, develop, and deploy software solutions that meet product requirements
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the cryptocurrency industry
  • Maintain and improve existing software solutions to ensure they meet the changing needs of the business

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Rust programming
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering projects
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Salary Range: $180,000 - $250,000 per year
