Thoracic Surgeon

We are seeking a skilled Thoracic Surgeon to join our team at Holy Cross Hospital. As a specialist in non-cardiac thoracic surgery, you will have the opportunity to work with a high-volume patient population and contribute to the development of our surgical program.
In collaboration with the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of the Mid-Atlantic States, we provide high-quality, patient-centered health care. Our physicians are salaried, without the pressures of alternative payment models or fee-for-services, allowing them to focus on delivering exceptional care.
As a Thoracic Surgeon with our group, you will have access to advanced technological tools and receive comprehensive practice support. You will also have the opportunity to participate in minimally invasive surgery, including VATS and robotics.
Requirements:
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Eligible in Thoracic Surgery
- Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia
- 2 Years of experience- REQUIRED
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting annual salary of $550,000, as well as comprehensive benefits and a pathway for physicians to become shareholders of our group.
