About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Convenience Store Supervisor to join our team at Gas N Wash Careers. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring seamless customer service, and maintaining high standards of store cleanliness and organization.

About You

  • You have previous supervisory experience in a retail or fast-paced environment
  • You possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and coach employees to achieve sales goals and maintain store performance
  • You have a strong understanding of store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service best practices

The Role

  • Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and employee supervision
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring all customers receive a positive experience
  • Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and profitability

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a retail or supervisory role
