Position Summary

  • Accountable for supporting the overall operations of the designated store, in line with assigned responsibilities and tasks.
  • Assist in the visual presentation and merchandising of the store.
  • Completely cross-trained to aid in cash register operations, customer interactions, and inventory replenishment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process all sales transactions while managing the assigned cash register.
  • Ensure the security of all cash and company assets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Maintain a friendly, cooperative demeanor with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.
  • Receive and handle merchandise deliveries.
  • Assist with unloading delivery trucks.
  • Work in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures consistently.

Essential Qualifications

  • Basic math skills for cash handling and accounting.
  • Strong verbal communication abilities for effective customer engagement.
  • High integrity and honesty, particularly in handling cash transactions.
Our teams are dedicated to maintaining a clean and safe environment for both our Associates and customers. We continuously adapt our protocols as necessary.

This includes:

  • Protective barriers at cash registers.
  • Health screenings conducted by Associates prior to their shifts.
  • In-store health assessments for each Associate by management before shifts.
  • Cleaning protocols that provide hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies throughout the day.
  • Social distancing measures to maintain a safe distance from customers.
  • Face masks and gloves provided for Associates during their shifts.
