Job Title: Travel Physical Therapist

Critical Connection, inc is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team for a travel job in Wallingford, Connecticut.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to our patients in a skilled nursing facility setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geriatric care and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans for patients
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Provide hands-on therapy and education to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current Physical Therapy license in the state of Connecticut
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
