Pawnbroker Associate

As a Pawnbroker Associate at Boll Weevil Pawn Superstore, you will be responsible for examining items to ensure quality and functionality, negotiating loan amounts, and preparing contractual agreements. You will also handle loan disbursements, sell pawned items, and maintain a clean work environment.

Experience in fields such as jewelry, electronics, tools, and firearms is beneficial, but not required. You will enjoy a commission on personal sales, in addition to an hourly rate.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with others and want to develop their sales and customer service skills. You must be available to work on Saturdays and pass a background check.
