Responsibilities:

Expectations:
- Assist with processing sales transactions using cash, credit, or financial aid.
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting customers and ensuring a positive experience during their visit.


- Take initiative to support store operations, including operating equipment and cash registers while maintaining speed and accuracy in transactions.

- Keep the store well-organized and appealing by shelving, arranging, cleaning, and organizing products or areas within the store.

Seasonal roles may require availability during peak times, including the start and end of semesters, occasional weekends, and flexibility throughout the academic year.

Physical Demands:
- Frequent movement within the store to access various departments and products.
- Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
- Frequent lifting and occasional reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing.

Compensation:
Seasonal Coffee Shop Associate pay rate: $16.00/hr.

Eligibility for each plan may include a waiting period and may require enrollment during a specified eligibility period.

Our stores adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local guidelines regarding social distancing and sanitization. Positions may require confirmation of vaccination based on campus requirements. The use of face masks may also be expected or mandated throughout the day and while on campus.

Qualifications:
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment.
- Confident and comfortable engaging with customers to provide an elevated experience.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic skills in math, keyboarding, and data entry.
- Flexible availability throughout the academic year, especially during peak periods.
