Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our Inpatient Behavioral Health team at MaineGeneral Medical Center. The ideal candidate will have experience providing primary or acute healthcare services for certain acute or chronic health conditions in specific populations.

About the Role

This is an exempt position that requires being part of the call schedule. You must be licensed in the State of Maine as a PMHNP and be credentialed with our Medical Staff. The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary or acute healthcare services for certain acute or chronic health conditions in specific populations.
  • Join a team of 6 Psychiatrists and 7 PMHNP, excellent experienced nurses, social workers, and mental health workers.
  • Be part of the call schedule and provide emergency services when needed.
