Sheppard Pratt is seeking qualified Psychiatric Registered Nurses to join their team of healthcare professionals. As a Psychiatric Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our psychiatric hospital.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to individuals with psychiatric conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Current RN licensure in Maryland
- AHA-approved BLS/CPR certification
- Experience working in psychiatric care (new graduates welcome)
- Competitive hourly rate ($32.00 per hour)
