Role Overview:
Personal Care Assistant/Certified Medication Aide

Compensation:
Starting at $16.00+ per hour, commensurate with experience and certifications.

Work Schedule:
Full-Time & Part-Time options available: 6:00am-2:00pm, 2:00-10:00pm, or 10:00pm-6:00am.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed and as outlined in their care plan.
  • Conduct monthly summaries and obtain vital signs, including weights, as scheduled or directed by a physician.
  • Manage laundry collection, washing, and return according to schedule.
  • Document resident information in EMR by exception.
  • Provide one-on-one time with residents as needed and as time allows.

Qualifications for CMA/PCA at Hillcrest:
  • Commitment to resident care and teamwork.
  • STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful).
  • No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
  • Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification in Nebraska for CMAs.
