Compensation:
$33.00 per hour + Potential Monthly Bonus

Employment Type:
Full-Time

Schedule: 4 days a week, including 2-3 Saturdays monthly

Working Hours:
Mon-Thur 8:30am-6pm, Fri 8:30am-5pm, Sat 8:30am-3/5pm

Position Overview:


Due to our ongoing growth and success, we are thrilled to welcome a full-time Clinical Nurse Specialist to our vibrant treatment team.

As a medically-focused organization, you will assist clients in achieving their desired aesthetic outcomes while delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer all laser hair removal procedures according to established protocols and guidelines
  • Educate clients on the laser hair removal process and provide pre/post-treatment care instructions
  • Work independently with clients to help them achieve their hair-free goals
  • Collaborate with the clinic team to meet organizational objectives
  • Create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere by delivering top-notch patient care
  • Maintain accurate medical records in the patients' electronic medical records (EMR) using a tablet
  • Ensure a clean and professional work environment, including preparing treatment rooms between clients
  • Perform routine maintenance on the laser equipment to ensure optimal functionality
  • Work with Regional Clinical Specialists and Medical Management Specialists regarding patient treatment plans as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Active, unrestricted RN license
  • Willingness to travel out of state for training if required
  • Commitment to providing outstanding patient care
  • Availability to work 38-40 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays and evenings
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Capability to visually assess clients' skin and utilize visual skills while operating the laser
  • Proficiency in operating a laser and office equipment (manual dexterity required)
