Position Overview:
Due to our ongoing growth and success, we are thrilled to welcome a full-time Clinical Nurse Specialist to our vibrant treatment team.
As a medically-focused organization, you will assist clients in achieving their desired aesthetic outcomes while delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer all laser hair removal procedures according to established protocols and guidelines
- Educate clients on the laser hair removal process and provide pre/post-treatment care instructions
- Work independently with clients to help them achieve their hair-free goals
- Collaborate with the clinic team to meet organizational objectives
- Create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere by delivering top-notch patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records in the patients' electronic medical records (EMR) using a tablet
- Ensure a clean and professional work environment, including preparing treatment rooms between clients
- Perform routine maintenance on the laser equipment to ensure optimal functionality
- Work with Regional Clinical Specialists and Medical Management Specialists regarding patient treatment plans as necessary
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted RN license
- Willingness to travel out of state for training if required
- Commitment to providing outstanding patient care
- Availability to work 38-40 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays and evenings
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Capacity to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Capability to visually assess clients' skin and utilize visual skills while operating the laser
- Proficiency in operating a laser and office equipment (manual dexterity required)
