Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Geriatric Care Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing ADL care to our residents based on the plan of care. This includes:

  • Providing personal care to residents
  • Reporting changes to the nurse regarding resident status
  • Communicating effectively with all staff members
  • Computer documentation of ADLs provided and vital signs

A valid CNA certification is required for this position, as well as a high school diploma or equivalent. A background check and drug screen are also mandatory.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current CNA certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

We estimate that the salary for this position will be around $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
