Our ServicesWe offer integrated services across the continuum of care, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted living, memory care, home health, cognitive care, and telemedicine. Many of our skilled nursing facilities have achieved a 4 or 5-star overall rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
What We OfferAs a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will make a difference in the lives of our residents by providing daily personal care, changing bed linens, and maintaining grooming supplies. You will also ambulate and transfer residents, using appropriate assistive devices, and record vital signs and other information as assigned.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a current nursing certification from the state and current/active CPR certification.
