We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Bird Processing Associate. This role is responsible for safely hanging birds at line speed and will cross-train in other areas of the department, including yard jockey.
**Responsibilities:**
* Safely hang birds at line speed
* Cross-train in other areas of the department, including yard jockey
* Work in a hot and wet environment
* Collaborate with management and fellow employees to achieve team goals
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Excellent attendance, safety, and work record
* Ability to work well in a team environment
