We are seeking a compassionate and organized Physical Therapist to join our team at Rock Creek Care Center in Auburn, California. As a Physical Therapist, you will work in the Inpatient specialty and provide exceptional care to our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients in the Inpatient setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements:
  • Current California license as a Physical Therapist
  • At least two years of recent experience as a Physical Therapist in Inpatient
  • Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
  • 2 current Clinical References
  • Physical TB Records
  • Current - Tdap/Flu vaccinations
  • Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella or vaccination records
  • Ability to pass background/urine drug screening
