Responsibilities

As a Production Team Lead, you'll play a key role in our Little Rock, AR facility. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating training with team members
  • Communicating and coordinating daily issues with other supervisors
  • Ensuring production requirements are met
  • Troubleshooting machine issues
  • Enforcing all company policies

Qualifications

We're looking for a highly experienced and skilled individual with:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent GED
  • Management experience required
  • Extrusion experience required
  • Ability to work a fixed night shift on a 2/2/3 schedule
  • Minimum three years of experience in an industrial environment
  • Familiarity with resin conveying systems preferred
  • Experience with automated manufacturing equipment required
