**Job Description:**

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sales Appointment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for calling prospects who have contacted the dealership from various advertising sources.

Your primary objective will be to engage with these prospects, understand their transportation needs, and provide them with a positive experience that sets them up for success.

The right candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Calls prospects who have contacted the dealership from multiple advertising channels.
  • First point of contact from the dealership, providing a professional and polite introduction to our services.

**Requirements:**

  • A proven track record of engaging prospects over the phone.
  • Ability to accept direction and guidance.
  • Strong customer service orientation and technical skills.
  • Positive attitude, solid work ethic, and ability to build relationships over the phone.
