Job Summary:
Soliant Health is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist/ Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our team in a dynamic school setting. As a Speech-Language Pathology Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language services to students in a TK - 6 Elementary School environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Speech-Language Pathology services to a diverse caseload of 55 students, conducting assessments and evaluations to determine speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions, collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student success.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress, participating in IEP meetings and contributing to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate with the school community to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology for SLP positions or Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field for SLPA positions.
- Valid state license or certification for SLP/SLPA.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Ability to start immediately and commit to a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week.
