We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Salisbury, NC. As a Registered Nurse with Adoration Home Health and Hospice, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities- Provide safe and timely patient care using acceptable nursing skills and best practices.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to coordinate patient care and manage COVID safety measures.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to ensure patients reach their maximum potential.
- Provide medication instruction, monitoring, and administration as ordered by the patient's Primary Care Physician.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop plans of care with interdisciplinary team members.
- Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses and Home Health Aide staff as needed.
- Document patient care and communicate changes in patient medical needs to the physician and nursing supervisor.
- Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the applicable state.
- One year nursing practice in a patient care setting, with home health, geriatrics, or other relatable settings preferred.
- Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance.
- Current CPR certification.
