Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the lead teacher to create a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience working with students in a school setting, preferably in a special education role.
  • Strong understanding of classroom management and behavior modification techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other support staff.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Experience working with students with diverse learning needs and abilities.
  • Knowledge of special education laws and regulations.
